We are thrilled to introduce a new feature on our Branded Storefront that enables Guest Checkout using a dedicated voucher code. This functionality is specifically designed to simplify the ordering process for our B2B customers who prefer not to log in to their accounts.
Admin Panel: We have implemented a provision in the admin panel to generate a special direct URL for placing orders without the need for login credentials. This URL includes various options, such as selecting the desired store, choosing multiple products, entering a voucher code, and specifying customer emails (comma-separated) for voucher validation. This flexibility allows administrators to customize the order process based on individual customer requirements. Admins can conveniently send this URL to targeted users as needed.
Moreover, we have developed a new order confirmation template email tailored specifically for these types of orders. This email will provide customers with detailed information about their order and serve as a confirmation of their purchase.
Shipping for these guest checkout orders will be managed by the admin. To streamline the process, customers will not be able to select their preferred shipping method. Our dedicated team will ensure that the order is promptly shipped to the specified delivery address, providing a seamless experience for our B2B customers.
We believe that this new functionality will significantly enhance the convenience and efficiency of the ordering process for our B2B customers, making it easier for them to place orders without the need for account login while still enjoying the benefits of our Branded Storefront.
When users receive the email from the admin, it will include a direct checkout URL, leading them to the new Direct Product Checkout page on our.
The checkout page is designed to provide a seamless and efficient ordering experience for our B2B customers.
On the checkout page, users will be able to view the product details, including any additional options that are available for predefined products. The quantity for each product will be fixed at 1 and cannot be modified.
To proceed with the checkout process, users will need to fill in their shipping address details on the page. This ensures that the order is delivered to the correct location.
Furthermore, there will be a dedicated section on the checkout page where users can apply the voucher code they received in the email. This section allows users to validate and apply the code before confirming their order. Applying the voucher code successfully will enable users to proceed with the checkout process.
Once the order is successfully placed, users will receive a confirmation email providing them with the necessary information about their order. This email serves as a receipt and confirmation of their purchase.
